		<description>i got the error.... ALE pin should not pulled high. it should b kept floating in this circuitry; because ALE is not LEVEL sensitive .... it is EDGE SENSITIVE PIN. it will only trigger on high to low (Falling) edge. so my circuit started working on disconnecting the ALE pin from positive rail of my bread board.
